Medical records requests can be faxed, mailed, or email to Nuit in order to help expedite your request. If you are a current patient needing to update your chart, then you can fax medical records directly to the EMR department at 734-939-1110. Feel free to call the main office and ask for the medical records department if you require additional information or assistance.
